Vine Clinic, growing in excellence

As a child, Dr. Em always wanted to become a doctor. And through determination, support of family and friends and the grace of God, the dream became a reality. Med school was no joke and upon completing her degree and earning her medical license, she felt a sense of accomplishment. She was confident that all her plans will come to pass. But there was a nagging feeling which she could not explain.

“At first, I wanted to be a cardiologist or an Ob-gyne, but there were lots of fields to explore. I trained in all possible specialties after passing the board, but it did not give me a sense of fulfillment,” she said.

Even as a med student, Dr. Em knew that caring for the sick was her true vocation. But she wanted to do something beyond treating illnesses. She wanted her patients to feel and look good. She remembered how she would always volunteer to apply make up on her friends, to enhance their look.

“Even when I was younger I enjoyed making everyone look pretty. I was only 9 years when my Mom enrolled me in classes where they teach you how to put make up. I had all those brushes, primers, foundation, eye shadows and lipsticks, all the paraphernalia. I made people look good, and I was so happy.” Dr. Em had no idea that the predilection to make people look good will serve as the portal to her success and happiness. Her passion for health and beauty gave rise to Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics, a place where clients can find proverbial fountain of youth and splendour.
