Dr. M – The Ultimate Vine Lady Boss

Being a woman in a man’s world ain’t easy. With most of the jobs lined up and taken up by most men, opportunities for women don’t open up that often. But among the hardships, many women take the opportunity to rise up and make the name for themselves, such as Dr. Emehly Sevilla, R.N., M.D., or most popularly known by her patients and staff as Doc. Em, who founded and currently heads Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics.

Her background

With various titles under her belt such as being a Diplomate & Internationally Certified Board Specialist by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, an Associate Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery, and a Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic & Age Management Medicine. She is also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Group Fitness Instructor and is also a well-known Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the International Sports Sciences Association.

Having found Vine Aesthetics, which specializes in non-invasive and non-surgical treatments, Doc. Em uses her expertise to provide quality services to clients from all walks of life.

As a Lady Boss

Serving as the only doctor among all two clinic branches of the brand, Doc. Em is often seen bouncing from Taguig to Mandaluyong, vice versa 7 days a week. In fact, it’s often hard to catch her taking breaks due to the high demand for her expert touch. Despite this, Doc. Em is still able to lead her capable staff and partners to great heights, as seen in the results that the clinic delivers to all of its stakeholders. Although strict, she can also be greatly described as generous and warm to all of her employees while still taking charge.

As a leader, Doc Em stays true to the phase that women can do it all. As a devoted mom and as a strong leader, she is one of the posters faces for women excelling in their careers– and she does it all clad in wonderful and trendy outfits, standing tall in heels. The ultimate #LadyBoss, indeed.
